Quality Policy

Our Quality Policy supports the achievement of the institutional vision and mission. Every member of the community at SGI shall contribute to the common goal of achieving the institutional objectives and shall be driven by the following principles and behaviors:

Quality Objectives

The objectives set in the institutional strategic plan are the foundation for the quality management system that provides the structures and defines the procedures and responsibilities of well-functioning quality management system.

The group level quality management system is coordinated by the Quality Assurance Steering Group. The group is led by the CEO & Group Director and its member-secretary is the IQAC coordinator. The Heads of the Institutes, Deans and Functional heads contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring and improvement of operational, qualitative results and quantitative goals in their respective organizations and areas.
